Man Sexually Assaulted Minor At A Fairfax County Park: Police
A 42-year-old man is accused of inappropriately touching a child multiple times last week at a park in Springfield, authorities said.
Louis C. Allen, of Lorton, was arrested on Saturday, May 21, after a child said he approached them at Lake Accotink Park around 6 p.m., struck up a conversation, and rubbed her thigh, Fairfax County police said. She left the play area to get away from him, police said, but Allen reportedly followed her into the lake later that day and touched her again.
