5X Convicted DUI Driver Busted Again Twice Legal Limit In Stafford: Police A 60-year-old Stafford man who's been convicted of drunk driving five times can add a sixth to his rap sheet, according to police. Deputies were called to 7-Eleven on Garrisonville Road Thursday evening, Feb. 1 for reports of a drunk driver, later identified as Lenard Lovick, Jr., the county sheriff's office said.
