An Alexandria woman used her vehicle as a weapon during a bout of road rage in Prince William County when she went after a 73-year-old man and attempted to flee the area, police say. Juana Adriana Flores-Montero, 52, if facing criminal charges following her arrest in Prince William County for an altercation in Dumfries early in the afternoon on Thursday, Feb. 15.
