A 21-year-old hospital caretaker was arrested for sexually assaulting a patient, police said. On July 7, the victim reported they were inappropriately fondled on two separate occasions by Hektor Alvarez, their previous hospital caretaker, according to Fairfax police.
Authorities said this victim, who was receiving longterm care at Inova Fair Oaks Hospital, required a caretaker's attention at all times due to their condition.
