Arsonist Lit T-Shirt On Fire, Shoved It Through VA Neighbor's Mail Slot: Police A Fredericksburg woman has found herself behind bars after lighting a t-shirt on fire and shoving it through her neighbor's front door mail slot, police said. The homeowner on the 1200 block of Caroline Street smelled smoke and found the fiery t-shirt around 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 20, Fredericksburg police said. The resident put out the fire and called the E-911 Communications Center to report the arson.
