An Alexandria man is behind bars after being accused of the murder of a 21-year-old Woodbridge man in Aldelphi in 2020. Jose Linares, 34, was taken into custody after being connected to the murder of Payton Marshall that occurred on Sept. 7, 2020, according to the Prince George's County Police Department.
