Fredericksburg Man ID'd As Gunman In Dumfries Bar Shooting: Cops A 25-year-old Fredericksburg man is being sought in a shooting in the parking lot of a Dumfries bar earlier this month, police said. Janbler Torres-Santos is believed to have shot a 29-year-old man during an argument in the parking lot of La Caverna Bar and Grill in Dumfries Shopping Plaza on March 7, Prince William County police said. The victim was treated at an area hospital where police were contacted.
