Son Of A Ditch: Repeat DUI Driver Had Bottle Of Booze In Hands After VA Crash, Sheriff Says A 42-year-old Stafford woman earned her third DUI in less than ten years after crashing her vehicle in a ditch and trying to leave the scene with a bottle of booze in her hands, police said. Vicki Neulinger showed multiple signs of being intoxicated after sending her vehicle into the ditch on Clarion Drive, around 2:50 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 8, Stafford County Sheriff David Decatur said.
