Bad Brakes And Twisted Tea: DUI Driver Crashes Closing Street In Stafford County, Sheriff Says Gimme a brake, would ya? Bad brakes and twisted tea were to blame for one drunken driver's crash in Stafford County this week, authorities said. The 21-year-old man was heading south on Kellogg Mill Road in South Stafford after work when the vehicle in front of him began to slow down around 5:50 p.m. Wednesday, June 14, the county sheriff's office said. When Deputy E.E. West arrived on scene, she saw the man's car in a ditch with damage to its front bumper.  The driver told West he was he tried to slow down, however, his brakes were so bad he could not slow down in time.
