Fairfax Man Exposes Himself To Woman, Juvenile In Walmart: Police A 27-year-old man was arrested for indecent exposure in a Vienna Walmart, police said. Sometime before 6:45 p.m. on July 26, Demetrius Mills exposed himself twice to a woman and a juvenile in the clothing section of Walmart, according to the Fairfax County Police Department.
