Woman Assaulted Man After ATM Withdrawal In Fairfax County, Accomplice On The Run, Police Say A 28-year-old wasn't quick enough to evade officers from the Fairfax County Police Department after she and a second man robbed a patron after he went to the ATM at an area bank.  Woodbridge resident Ashleigh Ours is facing charges after allegedly assaulting and attempting to rob a man of his wallet at the Capital One Bank on Commerce Street in Springfield earlier this week. Escaped Inmate In Virginia Linked To Armed Carjacking In Maryland Captured: DOC An escaped inmate out of Virginia who was wanted in Montgomery County for an armed carjacking is back in custody, authorities announced.  The Virginia Department of Corrections announced on Wednesday that Naseem Roulack, 21, was arrested at around 9 a.m. by members of the Fairfax County Police Department and the US Marshals Service.
