Fair Oaks Mall Theft Ring Dismantled Three people have been arrested in a four-month stealing spree at a Fairfax County mall — none of whom area from the area, police said. Oscar William Laverde Laverde, 56, of New York, and Sindia Noguera, 43, of New Jersey, are both in custody, while Claudia Suarez, 45, of New York, remains at large, county police said. One Dead, One Critical In Beltway Crash: Report Police closed a portion of the Capital Beltway Tuesday night, May 17, to investigate a serious crash that left one person dead and another seriously injured.  Virginia State Police in Tysons said several cars crashed on the inner loop of I-495 near Chain Bridge Road just after 10 p.m., NBC4 reports.  Paramedics rushed one person to the hospital and another person who declared dead in the pile-up. Police didn't release any information on those people.  Investigators closed down all lanes of the inner loop just after Leesburg Pike as they tried to make sense of what happened. …
