Woodbridge Woman Strangled 11-Year-Old Relative: Police A Woodbridge woman was arrested after she physically assaulted an 11-year-old family member, police said. At around 9 a.m. on September 13, officers responded to an apartment complex located in the 1400 block of Bayside Avenue, where they discovered that the suspect had been in a violent argument with a young girl, according to the Prince William County Police Department.
