The arrest happened Wednesday, March 13, when the armed suspect fled from Virginia State Police in the stolen vehicle, Fairfax County police said.
Fairfax 1, SWAT, K9, and patrol were already in the area, and helped get the man into custody.
Police helicopter pilots can be heard guiding patrolmen on the ground past Boswell Avenue before the driver bails out and leads an apparent foot pursuit along East Lee Avenue in Groveton.
The suspect is found hiding in the corner of a fence, where the SWAT team and a K-9 officer can be seen taking him into custody.
