William Patrick Brown of Manassas was heading north on Hoadly Road in a 2012 Chevrolet Corvette around 4 a.m. Jan. 31, when he lost control and hit a curb then guardrail, Prince William County police said. William Patrick Brown, 31, of Woodbridge, assaulted officers, injured himself, and damaged the inside of a police cruiser this week when he was served a warrant in Manassas from a different jurisdiction.
