Kidnapped Fairfax County 3-Year-Old Found Safe in West Virginia: Police Fairfax County police said that the 3-year-old girl who was kidnapped Tuesday, June 14, has been found safe and her alleged abductor is in custody.  Authorities issued a statewide AMBER alert after Catherine Agnes Kraus took Amelia Marianna Kraus around 4:30 p.m. from the Tauxemont Road area in Alexandria, the alert said.  Police issued an update on Wednesday morning that police located them in West Virginia, and they had arrested Catherine Agnes Kraus.
