Dumfries Man Hiding From Police Busted Nearly Two Months After Parking Lot Stabbing: Police A Dumfries man accused of a January parking lot stabbing has been arrested after a nearly two-month-long search, police announced. Walter Alester Cartagena Andrade, 25, was taken into custody on Tuesday, March 7 after being identified as the suspect accused of stabbing a 22-year-old man on Jan. 18, 2023, according to Prince William County police.
