Mercedes Stolen From Stafford Car Dealer, Police Seek Armed Thief
Stafford County police are looking for the man who stole Mercedes C-Class from a local dealer, officials said. In the evening on Sept. 26, a man asked an employee of EZ Auto Sales, located at 3199 Richmond Highway, to see the Mercedes, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office.
When the suspect got into the car, he pulled out a weapon and drove off, authorities reported.
The thief was described as a skinny black man, about 6'0, with a circle tattoo on his neck, police said.

Stafford Woman Gets DUI After Driving Her Car Into Ditch: Police
A Stafford woman was arrested for drunk driving after her car was found in a ditch, police said.On August 18, at around 3:30 p.m., a bystander reported a car in a ditch to law enforcement, according to Stafford County police.
The driver inside the car, Teresa Coney, 35, had bloodshot eyes and the smell of alcohol coming from her vehicle, officials said.
Coney was charged with driving under the influence and failure to maintain control of the vehicle, authorities reported.
She was held at Rappahannock Regional Jail until sober, police said.

A Stafford man was arrested after drunk driving for the third time, police said.At around 11 p.m. on August 13, law enforcement observed a car swerving into other traffic lanes on Richmond Highway, almost causing an accident, according to Stafford County police.

A man and his sister were arrested at a Stafford marina after they trespassed onto a boat and neglected their dog in 100-degree heat, officials said.
On July 23 at around 4:15 p.m., John Allen, 28, was found sleeping aboard a boat at Hope Springs Marina, while his dog was stuck outside in blazing heat with no food or water, according to Stafford County Police.
When officers woke Allen, he was clearly intoxicated as he explained that he and his sister, 22-year-old Megan Allen, were aboard overnight to fix damages on the boat.

A Fredericksburg man was arrested for breaking into residents' homes and threatening them, police said.Stephen Brown, 35, broke into a home on July 20 and turned over the resident's room, Stafford County Police said.
Brown then went to another house and made threats to the resident inside, like "I'll burn this house to the ground.", officials reported.
Police said Brown tore up the front yard of one of the homes and told a resident he left a bomb in the first victim's bedroom.
