Marvin Anton Cabrera Martinez was convicted of one count of involuntary manslaughter, one count of reckless driving by speed, and one count of driving without an operator’s license last month, Commonwealth's Attorney Amy Ashworth said. Drunk Driver Who Killed Mom With Kids In Car Gets Time In VA State Prison A 34-year-old drunk driver who killed a mother and left her children with serious injuries in a wrong-way 2020 crash has been sentenced to time in Virginia state prison. Ronal Eriberto Guillen, was sentenced by Prince William Circuit Court judge Kimberly A. Irving to 20 years behind bars, 10 of which are suspended, Virginia Commonwealth Attorney Amy Ashford said.
