William Nathaniel Campbell, who was hired in January 2023, had crashed his vehicle on Leavells Road near Battlefield Elementary School on Thursday, Aug. 24, at 8 p.m., and a citizen called police, Sheriff Roger Harris said. Police ID Remains Found In Spotsylvania Woods Authorities have identified the remains found in a wooded area of Spotsylvania County earlier this month as those of a 67-year-old man. Charles Limbrick's body was found in the woods at 10600 Spotsylvania Avenue around 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 22, Spotsylvania County Sheriff Roger Harris said.  That particular area of the woods is known to be frequented by the homeless, the sheriff said. The discovery was made by a citizen collecting cans for recycling, Harris said. Limbrick is believed to have died of natural causes, and his body had been there for more than a month, authorities …
