Cops Release Repeat Flasher Accused Of Trying To Touch Shoppers In Fairfax County A 22-year old man arrested for exposing himself and trying to inappropriately touch shoppers in at a Fairfax County store was linked to a similar incident back in May. Officers called to the 1500 block of Cornerside Boulevard in Tysons on Sept. 3 arrested Jamal Miller, of McLean, who they identified as the suspect. Miller was then linked to a May 25 exposure case at the TJ Maxx store on the 8300 block of Leesburg Pike, police said.  Miller was arrested and charged with one count of Sexual Battery for the May 25 incident. Cops Coax Barricade Suspect Out Of Fairfax County Home In Foreign Language (Update) Farsi-speaking police officers coaxed a barricaded man out of his Fairfax County home amid a standoff Thursday afternoon, Sept. 7, authorities said. The man exposed himself in front of children and then barricaded inside of a home on the 900 block of Piney Grove Drive in Merrifield, county police said. In an update posted to Twitter just after 3:20 p.m., police said an officer who is fluent in Farsi persuaded the man to leave his home, and the incident was resolved peacefully.
