State Delegate John Stirrup Collapses During Board Meeting In PWC Candidate for Virginia delegate John Stirrup is back to telling dad jokes after collapsing at a meeting on Tuesday evening, April 18. The former Prince William County supervisor collapsed at the podium during the county meeting, which was immediately let out. According to WTOP, PWC sheriffs deputies rendered first aid before fire and EMS responded. Stirrup was hospitalized, but was in better spirits hours later, his campaign announced.
