14 Fairfax Streets With Confederacy-Related Names Will Soon Be Changed The Fairfax City Council voted to rename 14 local street names that have ties to Confederacy, officials said. The Council voted on these street names after a heated debate last month, WTOP reported.  The City Council has not yet released the new names of the 14 streets.  The street names to be renamed include: Confederate Lane  Lee Highway Lee Street Mosby Road Mosby Woods Drive Old Lee Highway Raider Road Ranger Road Reb Street Scarlet Circle Singleton Circle Traveler Street Stonewall Avenue Click here for more from WTOP.
