Police ID Woman, 20, One Killed In Early-Morning Shirlington Crash Police say that a 20-year-old woman was killed in an early-morning Arlington crash after losing control and ping-ponging into a pole and trees on Tuesday morning. Arlington resident Mayra Cruz-Arriaza has been identified by the police as the woman involved in the fatal crash shortly after 1:45 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 21, in the 2500 block of South Arlington Mill Drive in Shirlington.
