104 Cars Damaged By Thief Side-View Mirror-Swiping Thief In Arlington: Police A 37-year-old man has been charged in connection with a series of vehicle-related thefts last April in Arlington. Luis Manuel Tavares Sanchez stole and damaged glass from the side-view mirrors of parked cars across Arlington County, police said. A total of 61 reports documenting 104 vehicles with stolen or damaged mirrors were reported, according to police.
