Man Charged With Shooting, Kidnapping Young Family Member In Maryland, Police Say A man has been charged with a shooting and kidnapping involving a young girl in Maryland, police announced. Prince George’s County Police were called to investigate reports of a shooting outside a business on the 7400 block of Livingston Road in Oxon Hill around 9:05 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 15. A man was found with life-threatening injuries and was treated at the scene until ambulance crews arrived.
