DC Nightclub Manager Once In Pedestrian Safety Campaign In ICU After Hit-Run Crash: Report The manager of a Washington DC nightclub was in the ICU after being struck by a vehicle over the weekend, police and various news reports say. Stephen K. Grasty, 29, was riding a Lime scooter southbound on 14th Street Southwest when he was struck by a Nissan around 4:10 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 3, according to NBC Washington and DC Metro police.
