Pair Charged With Stealing Pride Flags From Home In Arlington, Police Say Two people have been arrested following multiple reports of Pride flags that were stolen in Arlington County, police say. Matthew Henshaw, age 20, of Fort Myer is facing a host of charges following a months-long investigation into purported hate crimes that were reported online.
