Victims Of Triple Fatal Loudoun Parkway Crash ID'd
Authorities have identified the three people killed in this week's crash on Loudoun County Parkway.
Iran K. Hinson, of Las Vegas, was operating a 2023 Dodge Challenger north on the Parkway when he lost control near Shellhorn Road and struck a Toyota Sienna taxi head-on around 10:50 p.m., the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office said.
Dejene B. Haye, the driver of the Toyota, of Silver Spring, MD, and James E. Humphrey, the passenger, of Brambleton, VA, both died, as did Hinson.
