Irving Laboard Killed Southeast DC
Police have identified the 14-year-old whose body was found near a Southeast DC park earlier this week. Northeast DC resident Irving Laboard was located by members of the Metropolitan Police Department shortly before 7:20 a.m. on Wednesday, April 3 on Fort Dupont Drive SE suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The teen was treated by DC Fire and EMS personnel, who performed life-saving measures, but Laboard was pronounced dead by first responders.
