Wanted 27-Year-Old Fires Shots At Arlington County Police Officers An Arlington man is in police custody after he avoided officers and fired shots in their direction, officials said. In the evening of Oct. 6, officers attempted to pull over Ricardo Singleton, 27, who was wanted after a hit-and-run incident earlier in the day, according to the Fairfax County Police Department. When Singleton noticed the officers, he fired multiple rounds at them and fled to Fairfax County, authorities said.
