DC Fire and EMS personnel responded to a reported fire at approximately 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 4 when flames ripped across every level of a home in the 3400 block of South Dakota Avenue NE, leaving firefighters in a perilous position. 2 Alarm fire now 3400 block S.
