Fairfax resident Martha Clemencia Nguyen has been identified by police as the person who died at an area hospital after a driver struck a group of employees in the parking lot of the Flagship Carwash in the 10800 block of Fairfax Boulevard. Luis Hernandez, 26, and Youthana Inthirath, 54, were both arrested on June 10, police said. Hernandez allegedly swiped multiple items from CVS when he was confronted by an employee at the Fairfax Boulevard store, police said. Hernandez punched the employee multiple times, caused extensive damage to the store, and fled with stolen items, according to police. 26-Year-Old Homeless Man Attacked 2 Fairfax Store Clerks During Robberies: Police Police in Fairfax County say a 26-year-old homeless man attacked two store clerks over the weekend in separate robberies.  Harley Pratt faces several charges related to the incidents at two Fairfax convenience stores, Fairfax City police said.  The first robbery happened at 10 p.m. on Saturday, July 9, at a 7-Eleven store on Fairfax Boulevard.
