Expired Sticker Leads To Big Trouble For Virginia Pair Found With “Pure” Fentanyl: Sheriff A traffic stop in South Stafford ended with two arrests and a shocking discovery of “pure” fentanyl, according to the sheriff's office. On Friday, Nov. 22 at around 2 p.m., Deputy S.A. Hensley stopped a Ford Focus with an expired inspection sticker on Warrenton Road near the commuter lot.  The passenger, identified as 33-year-old Kyle Dunbar of Stafford, was immediately recognized by the deputy as a wanted man for four shoplifting charges and he was detained without incident.
