DeAngelo Wayne McNeil Sentenced FOr Drug, Weapon Offenses A District man has will serve more time behind bars after the repeat offender was sentenced for drug and weapon offenses near a Northeast DC high school. DeAngelo Wayne McNeil, 37, was sentenced to three years in prison for unlawfully possessing a firearm and, while near a school, possessing cocaine base with the intent to sell it, federal authorities announced.
