Cops Talk Suicidal Man Down From Virginia Mall Parking Deck (Update) Police in Fairfax County were able to talk a suicidal man down from a mall parking deck earlier this week. Officers responded to the Springfield Mall where the man was threatening to jump from the roof of the parking garage around 3 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 6.
