MS-13 Member Gets 21 Years In Prison For 2018 Virginia Murder: Prosecutor A 24-year-old pleaded guilty this week to killing a man for the violent street gang MS-13, Virginia prosecutors said.  Jose Morales-Arriola will serve 21 years in jail in connection with the 2018 killing of a Chesapeake man, said the commonwealth's attorney for Virginia Beach.
