Violent Sexual Assault Lands Nokesville Man Behind Bars: Police A Nokesville man was in police custody after he strangled and sexually assaulted a woman in his home, officials said.  Tylan Stout, 26, grew violent during an argument with a woman in the 12800 block of Brookfield Road early Sept. 10, according to the Prince William County Police Department.
