For high school seniors, spring is a nerve-wracking time as college decisions roll in — but the class of 2025 is more stressed than ever, according to a new survey. The Princeton Review said 73 percent of students and parents reported "high" or "very high" stress over the admissions process. A beloved Washington DC staple is closing its doors for good. The owners of Foxtrot Market announced that it is ceasing its retail operations in DC, as well as its locations across the country, "after much consideration and evaluation," effective as of Tuesday, April 23. An announcement came months after Dom's Kitchen & Market and Foxtrot Market merged. Several people were taken to area hospitals with various injuries when their overseas flight had to be diverted to Washington Dulles International Airport on Wednesday night due to severe turbulence. Lufthansa flight 469, which was heading from Austin, Texas to Frankfurt Germany, was forced to make an emergency stop in the DMV region after hitting turbulence tens of thousands of feet over Tennessee, according to an FAA spokesperson.
