Drunken Man Looking For Fights On Bus, Aggressive Thief Arrested In Fairfax, Cops Say
Fairfax City police have announced the arrests of two people.
Luis Hernandez, 26, and Youthana Inthirath, 54, were both arrested on June 10, police said.
Hernandez allegedly swiped multiple items from CVS when he was confronted by an employee at the Fairfax Boulevard store, police said. Hernandez punched the employee multiple times, caused extensive damage to the store, and fled with stolen items, according to police.
He was quickly found by officers and charged with felony destruction of property, assault and battery, and petit larceny.

An intoxicated 28-year-old Stafford woman called police on herself to say she struck her romantic partner and, when police arrived, said she wanted to go to jail, authorities said.
Catherine Williams called 9-1-1 around 9 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 7, saying she'd hit her romantic partner a number of times while at the Spring Lake Motel on Richmond Highway, the Stafford County Sheriff's Office said in a release.

Serial Flashing Spree Lands Virginia Man Behind Bars
A serial flasher is on the loose no more, Prince William County police said.
James Alexander Castell, 32, of Woodbridge, was arrested on Sunday, June 25, after exposing himself to his third victim, county police said.
Castell exposed himself and made inappropriate gestures on the 3400 block of Flint Hill Place, around 1:20 p.m. that day, the 36-year-old female victim told police.
Castell fled on foot. While checking the area, officers found and arrested Castell.

A Virginia man is being sought by police in connection with a violent workplace disputed, authorities said.
Exequias Carbajal Ortiz, of Manassas, was involved in a fight at Chick-fil-A on Sudley Manor Drive around 3:10 p.m. Thursday, June 8, Prince William County police said.
Ortiz, 38, and his 33-year-old coworker went into a back room during the encounter, where Ortiz grabbed the victim's wrist and prevented her from leaving, police said.

An unruly 7-eleven patron's plan to spit on Stafford County Sheriff's deputies was foiled by, well, herself, police say.
Asia Wheeless, 30, of North Carolina, first smashed an employee's phone at the 25 Solomon Dr. convenience store in Fredericksburg on Saturday, April 15, the county sheriff's office said.
Responding deputies found her after trying to get a sandwich at Arby's police said. Wheeless was cursing and yelling at deputies, and was ultimately placed in handcuffs.
