Man Who Stole SUV With Child Inside Hit With Kidnapping Charges In DC
A car thief got more than he bargained for in Washington, DC over the summer and will now face criminal charges, authorities announced. The Metropolitan Police Department announced on Tuesday afternoon that 51-year-old Northeast DC resident Angelo Clinscale has been charged with kidnapping after he stole a vehicle with a 2-year-old in the car in August. MPD is searching for 2-year-old Kaleb Scott who was inside a black Toyota Highlander, with DC tag GS 9202, when it was stolen in the 4900 block of Nannie Helen Burroughs Ave, NE.
