Federal Charges For Man Who Led I-395 Pursuit, Caused 13 Crashes In Stolen Ambulance: Police A Maryland man is facing federal charges after switching from a pickup truck to an ambulance in leading a pursuit and crashing multiple times along I-395 in Arlington, authorities said. Trouble began for Darell T.
