Jerome Dukes, 31, has become the second to be charged with Jones' February murder, after a Hyattsville man was named as a suspect and taken into custody on Tuesday, March 31. Jones was killed and two others injured shortly after 10:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 21 in the 1400 block of Saratoga Avenue NE by the gunmen.
