District Man Sexually Abused Girls He Met Online In DC: Police
Social media reared its ugly head once again and a 19-year-old District man is facing charges for allegedly sexually abusing two underage girls he met online, according to police. Luis Quevedo, of Northwest DC, was arrested by members of the Metropolitan Police Department’s Youth and Family Services Division and charged with two counts of first-degree child sexual abuse, for allegedly terrorizing a pair of underage girls over the course of several months.
