City police said only that Dean Elementary School was sheltering in place amid an investigation along Dean Park Lane around 2:30 p.m. as a precaution for a nearby investigation.
"We have a police drone up and a heavy presence in the area as the investigation continues," police said. "The schools are safe and will resume regular activity with on time dismissal."
