According to MATOC, the westbound lanes were closed at I-395 southbound (Third Street Tunnel SW) around 1 p.m. on Monday, April 22.
Three left lanes were blocked with vehicles getting by the scene to the right under authority direction. Delays begin near the 11th Street Bridge.
