MS-13 Gangsters, Undocumented Individual Charged In Loudoun Co. Crime Spree: Police
Four arrests have been made in a series of violent crimes across Leesburg dating back to May 2023, authorities announced.
Those charged include Emerson Martinez-Alvarenga, 19; Marcos Sorto-Argueta, 19; Marco Mendoza-Monjaras, 19; and Juan Cubillas-Rodriguez, 18, all of Leesburg, were slapped with various offenses, Leesburg police said Thursday, Aug. 10.
The teens were charged in the following incidents:
