Karate-Kicking DUI Driver Jailed In Stafford County: Sheriff A drunken driver trying to prove his sobriety with karate ended up behind bars in Stafford County, authorities said. Hugo Lucero Albeno, 43, was spotted swerving on Richmond Highway by another motorist around 8:50 p.m. Friday, Feb. 9, according to Ryan Wilbur, spokesperson for the county sheriff's office. First Sergeant A.I. Assur found him at the Warrenton Road intersection.
