Hybrid Vehicle Possibly To Blame After Vehicles Destroyed By Fire Outside Woodbridge Apartments Nearly a dozen vehicles suffered extensive damage when a hybrid vehicle possibly sparked a fire in the parking lot of a Woodbridge apartment complex. An investigation was launched this week by Prince William County Fire and Rescue personnel following a fast-moving fire that destroyed eight vehicles and damaged three others, officials say. Deputies were called at around 12:15 a.m. on July 21 to the intersection of Warrenton Road and Village Parkway, where there reports of shots fired with a vehicle struck at least twice.
