Hybrid Vehicle Possibly To Blame After Vehicles Destroyed By Fire Outside Woodbridge Apartments Nearly a dozen vehicles suffered extensive damage when a hybrid vehicle possibly sparked a fire in the parking lot of a Woodbridge apartment complex. An investigation was launched this week by Prince William County Fire and Rescue personnel following a fast-moving fire that destroyed eight vehicles and damaged three others, officials say. The fire was reported at around 3:45 a.m. on Wednesday morning at the Summerland Heights Apartment complex.  Crews were able to quickly extinguish the fire after being called to the scene, but the damage had been done.
